A) CONVEYOR TO FEED THE CENTRIFUGE WITH TANK AND PUMP
Made in 3 mm thick strong carbon steel plates duly pressed-bent and electro-welded, bound to each other by steel tubulars.
Casings supplied in the required areas.
3 mm thick steel belt, hinged by 10 mm. diameter axles.
30 mm. high holding wings are welded sideways.
Protective wing covers along the horizontal path.
Belt is driven by high strength 50 mm pitch, 31 mm diameter roller, bushing type special chains.
The hinged steel conveyors are designed for maximal lifetime and minimal service requirement.
Gear motor coupled to 0,75 HP, 380 V., 50 Hz. three phase motor. Fixed speed.
The swarf conveyor is equipped with:
Ø Stopped shaft signalling device;
Ø Lifting eyebolts;
Ø Loading hopper;
Tank to recycle the coolant complete with electro-pump, visual level indicator, no. 02 electro-levels (min., max.)

The automatic swarf centrifuge type SCED/10 is the easy solution to dry and convey swarf and collect the recovered coolant in a tank.
The vertical swarf centrifuge SCED/10 is a drum centrifuge, which via rotation movement exposes the supplied material to high G-forces.
The solid particles are separated on the inner periphery of a drum lining while the liquid passes through this.
Ø The centrifuge is very compact and solid with minimum floorspace;
Ø Automatic separation between swarf and coolant.
C) ELECTRIC CABINET AND WIRING
We’ll make an electric console or cabinet where all power elements and the PLC will be placed. The board will have the general switch and emergency button. We’ll arrange for a semaphoric plant to signal the line status by different colours (under voltage, stopped line, emergency line, etc.).
The cycle provided by us offers the chance to operate in automatic or manual way.
By this second chance we allow you, through a selector, the autonomous handling of the supply components.
The management will be assigned to the PLC.
The plant on board of the various components will be made by using sheath and fittings in black polyamide, same type used for the robotics, and metallic armoured sheath for the connection between the electric board and the various elements. Each element forming the system is equipped with its own junction box and interconnected to the other elements by multipolar plugs/sockets.
D) metallic base to fix the components A), B), C)
Metal skid base on which we’ll install all submitted components, to allow you to transport and install a pre-defined as lay-out and pre-tested component.
This will avoid the installation of the system at your premises – plug and play.
E) VIBRATING SCREEN TO DETECT SOLID PIECES
Removal of solid pieces or bar ends if carried through with the swarf chips is necessary to prevent damage to the centrifuge unit.
Surface pickling, primer coat and additional final paint coat RAL 7035 grey colour. Water based paints.
