High Performance Cutting Oil
Modern CNC machines are designed for high speed operation and improved surface finish, but conventional neat cutting oils may not provide the performance required to realise these benefits, causing various problems such as: overheating, poor tool life, smoke / fume production and even fires !
LUBRICUT XQ10 has been formulated using a blend of highly refined low viscosity hydro-treated mineral oil and advanced synthetic ester technology. This, semi-synthetic combination with its specialised EP additives, enables LUBRICUT XQ10 to achieve an extremely high cutting performance and high resistance to oxidation.
LUBRICUT XQ10 provides excellent cutting performance on difficult to machine metals i.e. stainless steels, titanium, nickel alloys etc. It does not contain any active sulphur or chlorinated additves thus making it also suitable for use on non ferrous materials. Contains a specially developed extreme pressure additive for high performance during difficult operations on steels alloys.
LUBRICUT XQ10 is ideal for use in Sliding Head Lathes like Star, Citizen, Dugard and Tornos machines.
